Headache relief cream inactive ingredients: Water, squalane, emulsifying wax, propylene glycol, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, glycine soja (soybean) oil, stearic acid, tocopherol (vitamin e), menthol, myristyl myristate, collagen, hydrolyzed elastin, aloe barbadensis leaf, allium sativum (garlic) bulb extract, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, mineral oil, triethanolamine, diazolidinyl urea, fragrance.

Eye Pack: Place Thermal-Aid Eye Pack in the freezer for approximately six hours. Exact cooling time may vary depending on freezer settings, product type, and desired temperature. 

Headache relief cream: Adults and children age 12 and older: Apply a small amount to the forehead and temples, then massage into skin. Use Headache Relief Cream with Eye Pack as needed when headache pain flares up. 

Adults and children age 12 and older: Place Eye Pack in freezer for 6 or more hours. The Eye Pack can be stored in the freezer so it is ready to use when needed. Apply a small amount of Headache Relief Cream to forehead and temples, and massage into skin. Place cold Eye Pack over eyes, tighten strap to apply subtle pressure, and lie down for 15 minutes or wear overnight for sleeping aid. Remove eye pack before getting up. Use System whenever headache pain flares up.
