How to Use:
Preparation before use: please unscrew the screws of the battery door of the remote control, put in 2 AAA batteries, and then tighten the screws.
1. Wear a belt
Clean the skin, the conductive adhesive side of the belt is close to the skin, pass one end of the elastic band (choose the end with hook and loop fasteners on the reverse) through the fixing ring of the belt from the inside to the outside, and the other end is adjusted according to the size of the user's waist and adhered to the surface. 2. 4. Temperature regulation

6. Mode conversion

8. Shut down
