Indications:Hepathrombin gel is indicated as an adjuvant in:
- superficial vein thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, phlebitis, prevaricose syndrome, postphlebitic syndrome, leg ulcer;
- posttraumatic injuries: hematomas, contusions, dislocations;
- bursitis, tenosynovitis.
Contraindications:Do not use Hepathrombin:
-if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to heparin sodium, allantoin, dexpanthenol or any of the other ingredients of Hepathrombin.
Precautions:
Before using Hepathrombin, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Pregnancy, lactation and fertility:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medication.
It can only be used during pregnancy and lactation for short periods and on doctor's advice.
Driving and using machines:
Hepathrombin has no influence on the ability to drive and use machines.
Always
use Hepathrombin exactly as your doctor has told you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The treatment is started with Hepathrombin 500 IU / g, and for further treatment and preventively,
Hepathrombin 300 IU / g is used. The gel is applied to the affected skin area and around, 2-3 times a day, and gently massaged.
In case of inflammation of the veins, the area is not massaged, but only applied the medicine in a thin layer on the affected surface, then covered
with occlusive or elastic dressing. In case of varicose ulceration, the gel is applied in the form of a ring with a width of 4 cm. The gel is applied only on skin without lesions.

Composition:- The active substances are:
heparin sodium, allantoin and dexpanthenol
Hepathrombin 300 IU/g gel
One gram gel contains 300 IU heparin sodium, 2.5 mg allantoin and 2.5 mg dexpanthenol.
Hepathrombin 500 IU/g gel gel One gram gel
contains 500 IU heparin sodium, 2.5 mg allantoin and 2.5 mg dexpanthenol.
- The other ingredients are: carbomer 940, levomenthol, disodium edetate, trolamine, oleum pini pumilionis, oleum pini silvestris, lemon essential oils, liquid sorbitol (non-crystallizable), isopropanol, macrogol 6 glycerol caprilopoprate, polysorbate 80, purified water.

Indicații:
Hepathrombin gel este indicat ca adjuvant în:
- tromboza venoasă superficială, tromboflebită, flebită, sindrom prevaricos, sindrom postflebitic, ulcer de gambă;
- leziuni posttraumatice: hematoame, contuzii, luxaţii;
- bursită, tenosinovită.
Contraindicatii:
Nu utilizaţi Hepathrombin:
-dacă sunteţi alergic (hipersensibil) la heparina sodică, alantoină, dexpantenol sau la oricare dintre celelalte componente ale Hepathrombin.
Precautii:
Înainte să utilizati Hepathrombin, adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistului.
Sarcina, alăptarea și fertilitatea:
Adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistului pentru recomandări înainte de a lua orice medicament.
Medicamentul poate fi utilizat în sarcină şi alăptare numai pe perioade scurte şi la indicaţia medicului.
Conducerea vehiculelor şi folosirea utilajelor:
Hepathrombin nu are nicio influenţă asupra capacităţii de a conduce vehicule sau de a folosi utilaje.
Mod de administrare:
Utilizaţi întotdeauna Hepathrombin exact aşa cum v-a spus medicul dumneavoastră. Trebuie să discutaţi cu medicul dumneavoastră sau cu farmacistul dacă nu sunteţi sigur.
Tratamentul se începe cu Hepathrombin 500 UI/g, iar pentru continuarea tratamentului şi preventiv se întrebuinţează
Hepathrombin 300 UI/g.
Gelul se aplică la nivelul ariei cutanate afectate şi în jur, de 2-3 ori pe zi, şi se masează uşor. În caz de inflamaţie a venelor, zona nu se masează, ci doar se aplică medicamentul într-un strat subţire, pe suprafaţa afectată, apoi se acoperă
cu pansament ocluziv sau elastic. În caz de ulceraţie varicoasă, gelul se aplică sub forma unui inel cu lăţimea de 4 cm.
Gelul se aplică numai pe tegumentele fără leziuni.
Dacă aveţi orice întrebări suplimentare cu privire la acest medicament, adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră, farmacistului sau asistentei medicale.
