We allow you 14 days to contact us to return your purchase if it does not meet our description, however, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out.

We provide a 90 day “Back to Base” warranty if your item should develop a technical fault. We will then let you know if the item can be repaired or you will be refunded.

Before returning an item, please contact us to get an approval number and a pre-paid postage label. This will ensure that we can quickly process the repair/refund.

All items returned will be inspected by our technical team and we get back to you within 2 working days with either a refund or a repair date.
