Hibiwash Full Body Antimicrobial Wash - 500ml Description

HiBi Scrub is effective against a wide range of bacteria, yeasts, dermatophyte fungi and lipophilic viruses. The scrub is powerful and can last up to 6 hours, continuing to protect you after scrubbing. HiBi Scrub is a hospital strength anticeptic that you can use at home and is used in hospitals because it contains the powerful antiseptic chlorhexidine gluconate - a potent anti-bacterial agent that's effective against a broad range of organisms including MRSA. By simply whole body washing with HiBi Scrub, you can reduce the number of potentially harmful bacteria on your skin before you go into hospital, and thereby reduce the risk of acquiring an infection. HiBi Scrub contains chlorhexidine gluconate which binds to the skin effectively forming a second layer that will kill bacteria long after you apply the product. For up to 6 hours, this ‘second layer of skin' will reduce the risk of you picking up harmful bacteria that could lead to infection such as MRSA.

Directions

How to use HiBi Scrub:

1. Wet your face and body. Then, using undiluted HiBi Scrub, wash your face (especially around the nose), armpits, groin and anal area. Avoid contact with the eyes and ears, and do not use HiBi Scrub inside the body.
2. After washing all these important areas, rinse off under the shower.
3. Repeat step 1, starting with the hair and always moving downwards.
4. Repeat step 2.
5. After a final rinse, dry yourself thoroughly and put on clean clothes.
6. Warnings

   Warnings relating to HiBi Scrub: 

   • Avoid contact with brain, meninges, eyes and middle ear.
   • For external use only.
   • Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
   • Do not store above 25°c.

   Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4.0% w/v. 

   Also contains: Polyoxyethylene-Polyoxypropylene Block Copolymer, Lauryl Dimethyl Amine Oxide, Glycerol, Macrogol 7 Glycerol Cocoate, Ponceau 4R (E124), Isopropyl Alcohol, Herbacol 015393 TB, D-Gluconolactone, Sodium Hydroxide and Purified Water.
