This high power alternator rectifier is a three phase diode bridge, rated for 100A and 1200V. The welding construction provides excellent thermal characteristics and reliable power cycle performance. It is suitable for military, aerospace, home appliance, and automotive electronic applications. The resin packaging ensures high thermal conductivity, with a maximum operating temperature of 150C. Electrical parameters include a forward current of 7mA, average rectified current of 34A, and a peak reverse voltage range of 100 to 1600V. Operating temperature range is -40 to 150C.
