Features: With external reference clock oscillator and filter, the MAX2870 can form a high-performances frequency synthesizer, which can be used to generate clocks in the frequency ranges of 23.5MHz to 6000MHz, while maintaining excellent phase noise and spurious indicators. Internal multiplexing integrated VCO covers the ranges of 3,000MHz to 6,000MHz, and use 1-128 output frequency divider to realize wideband clock output. MAX2870 wideband phase-locked (PLL), integrated with controlled oscillator (VCO), can work in N frequency division mode. The RF signal source module is characterized by the integration of 25MHz 0.5ppm TCXO. The output frequency ranges of the internal VCo is 3-6GHz, and the baseband frequency is divided 3GHz. The RF signal source module is a frequency with lcd screen, and the output frequency mode is point frequency and optional frequency.
