The HMC544A is a low-cost SPDT in a 6-pin SOT26 package, suitable for transceiver applications requiring very low insertion loss at moderate power levels.
It can control signals in the to 4.0 GHz range and is particularly suitable for 450, 900, 1900, 2300, and 2700 MHz applications requiring insertion loss below 0.5 dB.
The GaAs PHEMT design provides excellent +36 dBm 1dB compression point linearity performance and a +60 dBm third-order intercept point at a +3 V bias.
In the "off" state, RF1 and RF2 are reflectively disconnected. -chip circuitry operates with a positive control voltage at very low current.
