Beehive grid (egg crate) for recessed softboxes with a Velcro edge. Attaches easily and helps control light spread. Benefits: reduces spill onto background in low key shots and minimizes lens flare during backlighting or rim lighting. Design and portability: 5 cm grid, made from durable fabric, collapsible for compact storage and transport. Performance note: using the grid causes a small loss of light and some softness. If possible, move the recessed softbox closer to the subject to compensate and to keep the light size appearing larger and softer. Compatibility: suited for recessed softboxes that have a Velcro lined edge. Use scenarios: (1) low key product or portrait work needing background control, (2) backlit or rimlit setups to reduce flare, (3) on location where quick setup and portability are advantageous.
