A good product to purchase; be aware that it has to be assembled, so I recommend watching the YouTube video on doing this (most pictures on the box are helpful, but which way to put the spring into the pipe is not clear!). Also unpack and layout everything from both accessory packs at the start, as you are provided with 2 short self-tapping screws in one as well as the 6 long ones for the wall mounting fixtures in the other. Good value and I can recommend this product.
Very happy with this product easy to assemble I have 50m of hose and it fits perfect so easy to reel in thank you very much
It's working, and I like being able to hang it on the wall but take it down for use. I bought it to use with my very long hoses which are Hozelock's collapsible Tuffhose. I am not sure it is not really suitable for that, but anyway I had a length of more conventional hose from an old broken reel, and that is working very well on the new reel.
The product requires a lot of assembly. This would not be a problem but the instructions are tiny pictures printed on the box flap. It is too easy to leave a part out and once clicked-together the pieces do not come apart again!!
