As the longest of Bestway's SUP boards, the FastBlast Tech is designed for speed. Its narrow tip gives it a more dynamic shape allowing it to move faster, but as it only has one large fin, manoeuvrability has been reduced. The non-slip traction pad prevents slipping and helps the user maintain their balance. The 3 layer Tri-tech material, composed of a polyester mesh with a layer of PVC on either side provides protection against extreme nautical conditions including exposure to petroleum products and UV rays. Under the Tri-Tech material is, what Bestway call, a 'wonder material' - Drop Stitch material. Drop Stitch material has been used for the likes of floating docks, high-pressure rescue lifting bags and even airplane wings. Don't be deceived by its light weight, Drop Stitch material has properties of extreme rigidity thanks to a network of thousands of intertwined polyester threads allowing it to withstand heavy weight whilst being easily transportable due its lightweight.
