Step 01: Take your HydroxycutÆ product of choice twice daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour before your two largest meals. 

Step 02: Maintain a calorie-controlled diet. 

Step 03: Include at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily. 

Mix one packet with 12 to 16 oz. of water according to taste, and consume immediately. Take twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 main meals.
