1. High-current (50A) MOSFET H-bridge driver;
2. Signal isolation from the microcontroller's PWM output, effectively protecting the microcontroller;
3. Supports motor forward and reverse rotation; accepts dual-channel PWM inputs at frequencies to 200kHz;
4. Fully compatible with logic levels ranging from 3.3V to 12V;
5. Power supply voltage range: 5V to 15V;
6. Clear and intuitive power indicator.
This module utilizes a full H-bridge configuration combining a dedicated driver IC with MOSFETs, offering extremely low internal resistance and high-current capability. The MOSFET H-bridge circuit delivers powerful driving and braking performance, while the signal isolation chip effectively separates the microcontroller from the motor drive circuitry. It features full compatibility with 3.3V-12V PWM logic levels and supports high currents of to 50A.
