INDICATIONS

Prevention of vitamin D deficiency and conditions resulting from vitamin D deficiency (e.g. osteomalacia, osteoporosis) in obese adults (body mass index (BMI)> 30)

Vitamin D increases the absorption of calcium from the intestines and reduces its excretion through the kidneys, thus supporting bone formation.

Its deficiency causes rickets and osteomalacia.

HOW TO USE

Prevention of vitamin D deficiency and conditions resulting from vitamin D deficiency in obese adults: usually 4,000 IU (1 capsule daily), in the months from October to April, or throughout the year if effective skin synthesis of vitamin D is not ensured in the summer months.

The capsules should be swallowed whole with water, preferably with the main meal.

IMPORTANT

COMPOSITION

Each capsule contains 100 micrograms (4,000 IU) of cholecalciferol.

The other ingredients are:

capsule content: refined safflower oil.

capsule shell composition: gelatin, glycerol, purified water, medium chain fatty acid triglycerides.
