ICOM IC-M605E Fixed Marine FM Radio Description

The IC-M605EURO can be configured into an integrated FM radio system with multiple stations. The radio can be remotely controlled with up to three controllers, RC-M600 Command Head and/or HM-229B/W Commandmic. An intercom function is available between the main radio and the controllers. This provides maximum operating flexibility anywhere on your boat.

A high resolution colour LCD provides an almost 180 degree viewing angle and clearly displays characters and function icons. The night mode indicator ensures good readability in the dark for further comfort.

The built-in AIS receiver displays real-time AIS shipment information on the display. On the AIS combination screen, you can monitor the AIS plotter during basic operation. You can call a selected AIS target directly from the AIS screen with a single DSC-call.

The combination of direction keyboard and soft keys allows for easy operation. The most commonly used features are assigned soft keys (at the bottom of the display) for quick access to push functions. The large 10 keypad panel allows you to easily enter channel numbers, MMSI numbers with ID names, etc.

A weak signal next to a strong signal can be clearly received by the IC-M605EURO. The commercial receiver power (selectivity and IMD: more than 75dB) provides reliable communication at all times.

Active Noise Cancelling technology removes digital background noise both when transmitting and receiving audio and ensures clear communication in a noisy maritime environment. The voice recording function for the last call automatically saves up to two minutes of an incoming call. Don't miss any incoming messages.
