Operation to remove the protective cap

Rinse the electrode first with distilled water and blot dry with filter paper.

The pH is turned on via the "ON-OFF" switch located on top of the battery compartment.

Immerse the pH meter electrode in the solution to be measured.

Stir gently and wait for the reading to stabilize.

After use, turn off the pH, rinse the electrode with distilled water and replace the protective cap.

pH calibration

1. Immerse the electrode in pH6. 86 (at a temperature of 25°C) phosphate standard buffer solution and gently shake the electrode.

2. Adjust the trimmer with a screwdriver until the buffer solution value corresponding to the measured temperature is obtained.

3. Immerse the electrode in pH4. 01 or pH9. 18 Borax standard buffer.

4. After about one minute, until the buffer solution value corresponding to the measured temperature is obtained.

The pH range of the instrument must be recalibrated at any time.

The electrode has been used (placed) for a long time since the last calibration.

This electrode has been used under particularly harsh conditions.

The highest accuracy is required.
