Method:
1. Back Slap Method: Put the child on the arm of the aider, with the head lower than the torso, fix the head and put the arm on the thigh of the aider, then hit the back between the 2 shoulder blades of the child 4-6 times with the grasp of the other hand to make the pressure in the respiratory tract rise suddenly, which helps to loosen the foreign body and expel it from the body.
2. 2. Then, the simulated infant is placed on one forearm, while the back of the head and neck are fixed with the palm of the hand, and the jaw angle of the simulated infant is fixed with the other hand, and the head of the simulated infant is tilted back slightly to open the airway.
3. Turn the infant over in a prone position with the forearms of both hands, tap the scapula on the back of the simulated infant with the palm of the hand four times, check the mouth, and if a foreign body (black sponge) is coughing out, quickly take the foreign body by hand to deal with it.
