Product descriptionInfectvagin is a medical device in the form of vaginal suppositories intended for adjunctive treatment of inflammatory diseases of the vagina of various etiologies, including bacterial, fungal, and mixed infections, as well as vaginal atrophy and dystrophy, cervicitis, and cervical ectopia (erosions). Due to their ability to bind water molecules, the suppositories are recommended after treatments using physical methods (electrocoagulation, laser therapy, cryotherapy) or in cases of vaginal dryness during the postmenopausal period, also in the presence of bleeding. Thanks to the inclusion of collagen and field horsetail in the composition, the suppositories promote healing and regeneration of the epithelium. Lactic acid and PHMB restore physiological pH while preventing the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms.
