- Adopts an all metal integrated design, which is quick to disassemble and easy to replace.
- The nozzle cavity is large, with a maximum flow rate of up to 30mm³/s. Supports 600mm/s high-speed printing.
- The throat is made of titanium alloy material to reduce heat conduction. The nozzle is composed of copper alloy and hardened steel, supporting various consumables for printing.
- The contact surface is flat, and the joint is tightly fitted, effectively preventing printhead leakage. Inner hole roughness Ra<0.4, smooth feeding, fast and stable extrusion of consumables without blockage. No burrs at the opening, stable printing with reduced clogging.
