Service engineer available with 40+ year's experience, support via phone/courier or if local site visit.
Free postage and set up at address if within North East area of the UK - Please ring to see if you qualify!
Otherwise machine will be delivered on pallet at extra cost.

Am so happy with my Jack 4 industrial sewing machine. It came intact and delivery was straight forward. The customer service at Tysee kept me updated of my delivery and it was spot on. I have known Tusew for over 30yrs, their services has always been next to none carrying customers along every inch of the way. I love the colour co-ordination on the machine. It runs quesly and smoothly, The only downside which does not bother me much is that the manufacturer manual is little or less helpful. So, if this is your first time using one, I suggest you contact Tysew for a test run, they would help with all the queries you have. Moreover, you can look up on YT for tutorials. Thanks Onbuy for stocking these machines offering flexible payment options. I shall be back in the nearest future for the Jack 20U and the Jack Overloker.
