Product description Our Luxury Soft Mix Ice Cream is made with 100% Jersey milk and cream from our famous Jersey cows. This gives the mix a superior creamy taste with a rich velvety feel. Ingredients Jersey milk, Jersey cream (milk), Jersey skimmed milk concentrate, Sugar, Glucose, Emulsifier / stabiliser (Mono- and Diglycerides of fatty acids, Cellulose Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan, Sodium Alginate, Locust Bean Gum), Vanilla Flavouring, Colour: Annatto Directions To serve: Allow the ice cream mix to soften at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping. For best results, use an ice cream scoop. To store: Keep the ice cream mix frozen at -18C or below. Once opened, consume within 2 weeks. To handle: Use clean utensils to avoid contamination.
