Kerafortin is a dietary supplement in tablet form containing keratin, L- tryptophan , and plant extracts. The formula is also enriched with biotin and zinc , which help maintain healthy hair . Silica from horsetail helps maintain the health of hair, skin, and nails . Nettle leaf extract ( Urtica dioica L.) helps maintain healthy levels of vital energy.
