How to Use:
1. Put on your own fully corrected glasses and adjust the headband to a comfortable position. It should not be too loose, as it may fall down, or too tight, as it may press against the bridge of the nose. Once adjusted, put on the intelligent adjustment glasses.
2. Press the power switch button once, and release immediately. No need to press and hold. The screen will display the number 1, indicating that the intelligent flip lens flips 15 times per minute. Press the button again to display number 2, and so on up to number 5. The flip lens flips at 12, 10, 8, and 6 times per minute respectively. When the screen displays the number 0, manual control using the remote control is required. Press the up button to flip the lens up automatically, and press the down button to flip it down automatically. This mode is more suitable for beginners, as the frequency and time of positive and negative lenses will not be the same initially. Manual control will be more reasonable and scientific. When the positive and negative lenses have similar frequency and time, switch to the automatic flip mode with the corresponding flip rate per minute. The faster the flip speed, the better the adjustment sensitivity, indicating a faster focusing to objects at different distances. The normal standard is: using a 2.00D flip lens, flip 12 times per minute for one eye and 8 times per minute for both eyes.
3. The standard visual acuity chart placed in front of the eye is the 20/30 chart at a distance of 40 centimeters. If wearing the flip lens, if any side cannot see the chart clearly (i.e., if any side of the lens cannot see the chart clearly at 40 centimeters), it should be replaced with a 20/40 chart. If still unclear, replace it with a 20/50 chart. Adjust the flip lens power until both sides can see the chart clearly. Start training with this power when the lens can reach the standard value through training. After reaching the standard value with this power lens, increase the power or switch to a smaller chart until reaching the normal standard. (Can also read text or recognize the direction of the open side on the chart)
4. It can be done 1-3 times a day, 10 minutes each time. The time can be set, and it will automatically stop when the set time is reached. After the training is completed, press and hold the power switch for about 3 seconds to automatically turn off the power. (Can also be done for 15 or 20 minutes each time.)
5. Time setting switch: Press the time setting switch button. When the outer green light is on, it indicates a 15 minute operation. Press it again, and the other green light will be on (the inner light), indicating a 10 minute operation. Press it again, and both green lights will be on simultaneously, indicating a 20 minute operation.
