In King of Tokyo, players take control of enormous monsters battling for dominance over Tokyo. On each turn, roll six dice up to three times, choosing whether to keep attacks, energy, healing, or victory points. Entering Tokyo offers valuable rewards but makes your monster a target for every opponent. Spend energy to acquire special cards that provide permanent abilities or powerful one-time effects. The game combines light strategy, tactical risk-taking, and direct player interaction in a lively contest suited to families and casual groups. Victory comes either from reaching 20 victory points or being the last monster standing.
