Over A Thousand Years Ago

In the remote mountain highlands of Asia, a group of Buddhist monks called the Luohan achieved enlightenment and ascension through meditation and pure living.

The monks discovered a rare superfood prized for its sweetness and its ability to raise chi, or life energy. This sacred fruit was named monk fruit and was used for centuries to increase chi and well-being, earning it the nickname "The Immortals' Fruit.

We still harvest monk fruit for Lakanto in the same pristine area according to traditional and environmental methods.

Almond flour, chocolate chips (chocolate liquor, erythritol, tapioca fiber, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, salt, natural flavors, monk fruit extract), monkfruit sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit extract), sugarcane fiber, cellulose, psyllium husk, sea salt, baking powder, natural flavors.

What You Need 

1/4 c oil + 1/4 c milk (add 1 Tbsp. milk if dough is too dry) + 1 tsp. vanilla extract 

Baking Instructions 

1. Preheat oven to 325F. 
2. Combine cookie mix, milk, oil & vanilla**
3. Roll into 12 balls on cookie sheet, flatten slightly. 
4. Bake at 325F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
