Lovibond Photometer Cyanuric Acid Test Tablets (100 Tablets) Description
Lovibond Photometer Cyanuric Acid Test Tablets - pack of 100 tablets, suitable for use in Photometer test kits. These tablets are for testing Cyanuric Acid levels. Cyanuric Acid, also known as Stabiliser, is present in all stabilised chlorine products. Having a level too high (<50 mg/l is recommended), will mean that more chlorine is required to overcome the cyanuric acid level, and you risk entering what is known as 'chlorine lock'
The tablets are also the latest blister pack technology enabling a simple pop action to remove the tablets.
Please remeber it is very important that you DO NOT TOUCH the individual test tablets once they have been popped out of the blister pack, as the contaminants on your fingers could give false readings.
The tablet needs to go from the pack straight into your pool tester, which is why these type of tablets are far better than the traditional foil wrapped for ease of use.
