Luxardo Maraschino Originale Liqueur 70cl 32 ABV Rich Smooth Sharp Marasca

Summary

• Traditional Crafting: Luxardo Maraschino Originale is meticulously produced using an authentic process that spans over four years. Freshly harvested Luxardo marasca cherries undergo an alcoholic infusion in larch-wood vats, followed by a careful distillation in copper pot stills. This distillate, combined with a simple syrup, culminates in this revered liqueur with an ABV of 32%.
• Rich & Diverse Notes: The liqueur showcases a crystal clear appearance with a prominent aroma of marasca cherry distillate complemented by undertones of roasted nuttiness. On the palate, it's smooth yet invigorating, delivering hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, and a delightful touch of orange marmalade.
• Historic Presentation: Each bottle is encased in its iconic straw jacket, a homage to early Maraschino bottles from Zara. This hand-plaited straw serves not only as a nod to history but also as protection during transportation, ensuring the bottle reaches you in pristine condition.
• Versatile Elegance: Beyond its role in classic cocktails such as the Manhattan and Martinez, Luxardo Maraschino Originale shines when sipped neat post-dinner, drizzled over fruits, or even as a flavorful addition to confectionery and ice creams. Its compatibility with tonic, accented with lemon and cucumber, makes for a refreshing summertime concoction.
• Legacy of Excellence: Luxardo, with its vast orchards boasting over 30,000 exclusive Marasca cherry trees, continues to uphold its reputation through this liqueur. Every bottle, infused with tradition and craftsmanship, is a testament to the brand's unwavering commitment to quality, making it an essential addition to both professional bars and home enthusiasts' collections.
