Strong, lovely wardrobe

I have purchased a sycylia wardrobe, and although it had taken a few days, it arrived with care. Speaking to Nova in customer service, she had dealt with all my concerns and queries in a patient and timely manner. Nova replied to every email that I had sent to her and kept me updated at all times.
Thank you Nova, I really appreciate your time and effort on dealing with all my queries. The wardrobe is assembled and looking lovely although it took quite a few hours.
If anyone has got any concerns and they are allocated to Nova, she will surely help you all the way.

Love the wardobe, took me 2 days to build. Instructions were okay as long as you take your time! Arrived really quick, all items packaged well. Delighted Mum the builder, and my daughter loves the wardrobe with plenty of storage. Great product, great price. All well worth it. Definitely recommend!!!

I ordered a wardrobe from this company. I was told the delivery will be between 11am and 7pm, after waiting around for the whole day and having taken time off work I received my delivery at 10pm at night. Furthermore when I opened the package afew items were damaged and no LED lights just a plug!
Plus no instruction manual!!

Also it said 6 shelves in the item description, as i ordered the larger wardrobe but only had 4 shelves sent in the delivery!

I have contacted the company through messages and phone calls but no response back. Feel really frustrated at this stage. I would not recommend this company at all.

have had this product for a while and the quality is excellant it definatley takes two to assemble and i did put my own brace in the base unit

I could not recommend this company highly enough. The product is absolutely brilliant & if I had any issues at all they were more than happy to oblige. I installed them myself & to be honest it wasn’t that difficult. All in all I would definitely use this company again

I am very happy with my wardrobe, it is very strong and sturdy with pre drilled holes to make building easier. The instructions were very vague but we managed. We got the largest size and it is very spacious and sturdy. I will be looking at getting smaller ones for my children rooms. My mirrored door was damaged but it was easily replaced with a phone call.

We bouth the product a month ago. Having assembled quite a few furniture myself, I tried to assemble this wardrobe.

As everyone has reviewd, it has very poor instructions. There is no naming the screws or other parts so that makes the job very difficult.

I gave it a go and started to assemble. The base of the wardrobe broke (as I tried to move it). Please note the base is not permanently attached and you shouldn't move the wardrobe at least until the back of the wardrobe is nailed in. Until the back comes into the pricture, the structure is wobbly. Once the back is nailed, it become sturdy.

The other difference with the furniture I have assemble is that this wardrobe is huge. I struggled to lift the big parts such as the doors.

After breaking the base, I had to request the base again and also they had mistakenly sent me white drawers instead of black so they also sent those.

I must say their after support is great! They are very reliable and the fact that they were responding to the messages same day is very helpful.

I got replacement parts whithin 3-4 weeks. The whole room was blocked but this is understandable that replacement takes time.

Someone from the company got in touch with me through call and they recommended hire a handyman. I went with their recommendation and it took the handyman 4 hours to assemble this wardobe.

The handyman these guys recommened was amazing. I would say, if the company can send you their handyman, then go for it. Otherwise, it's a bit of struggle and stressful to assemble this.

The company deseves a five star rating but because of poor instructions I am only giving the product a 4 star rating

I am happy with the quality of the product.one drawback of the pack was the nail for the cardboard back panels was huge and found difficult to adjust the panel and another thing is the assembly instruction was not that much helpful .But it was worth for the money.

Fantastic buy. My partner built it in around 3 hours. Very big wardrobe and looks good quality. It has plenty of storage as well as hanging space however if another rail was required you could remove some shelves and install another clothes rail.

This Wadrobe was a complete waste of money ! Although it looks nice but is so badly made. The holes don’t align well the shelve has a crack.. the glass door keeps opening by itself. Can’t even return it as it’s all fixed and have paid £100 to get it all essembled together.

Excellent Quality, very good service

Wardrobes seem good quality and look good. Not the easiest to assemble and it would help if the components were labelled. Allow yourself lots of time to put together. Delivery time was good all parts were there overall very satisfied

My husband and his friend took around 3 days to build this wardrobe. None of the parts are labelled. I think it would have been much easier if parts were labelled, and maybe a table of which parts are in which boxes. It took them about 2 hours before they even started building to try and locate the correct parts! However, once completed, the wardrobe is stunning, and very good quality. My daughter loves it.

Don’t buy. We have had to get a joiner to put these together. Very difficult to assemble and instructions not clear. Product not of good quality. Haven’t had a response about my complaint so not happy with customer services.

Though I have yet to unpack as waiting to move to new house end of Feb, I have no doubt this going to look great, I love the colour and the features all what I was looking for in a wardrobe Unit
