Kaizen Pasta: (Lupin flour, fava bean protein, tapioca starch, xanthan gum).

Cheese Blend: Cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), sodium phosphate, buttermilk solids, natural flavors, salt, contains 2% or less of: xanthan gum, yeast extract, annatto extract (for color), paprika extract (for color).

Allergen info: Contains milk and lupin. Lupin beans are a legume belonging to the same plant family as peanuts.

1. Bring 6 cups of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and stir. Some foaming is normal. 
2. Boil for 5-6 minutes (depending on your desired firmness) while stirring occasionally.
3. Strain the boiled pasta, rinse with water, and return it to the warm pot. 
4. Add 1/2 cup dairy milk or cream, and cheese seasoning. Mix well and enjoy!

Optional: Add 2 tbsp butter for a richer flavor
