MAGGI Original Gravy 1.8kg mix allows chefs to serve up a gravy that can be used as prepared delivering consistency of flavour, without the hassle of making it from scratch. One tub allows chefs to serve up to 26 litres of gravy, an ideal cost and time-saving solution for any business. Ingredients Wheat, Flour, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Flavourings (with Barley and Wheat), Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Maltodextrin, Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Sugar, Sunflower Oil (1.25%), Onion, Acid, (Citric Acid), Sage, Basil, Bay Leaf. May contain Milk, Egg, Soya, Celery and Mustard. Directions Mix 68g of Maggi Original Gravy Mix with 250ml cold water until smooth. Whisk mixture into 750ml boiling water. Gradually return to the boil, whisking continuously. Simmer for 1 minute whisking occasionally.
