Indications:
Maglek is used to prevent magnesium and vitamin B6 deficiency in people with insufficient supply of these ingredients in the diet or on a diet rich in saturated fatty acids, in the treatment of increased neuromuscular excitability with a tendency to tetanic attacks and in people with coronary heart disease or heart rhythm disorders.

Properties:
Magnesium lactate is a compound easily absorbed by the body. Magnesium is a fundamental regulator of the cell cycle, among other things, determining the proper concentration of potassium in the cell. It is an activator of many enzymes, including those that transfer phosphoryl groups. Vitamin B6 facilitates the utilization of magnesium, increasing its absorption from the gastrointestinal tract by approximately 40% and reducing its excretion in urine. Furthermore, it participates with magnesium in the synthesis and transport of proteins and participates in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates, and lipids.

Directions for use:
For prevention, take 1 to 2 tablets daily.
