- Powerful in-duct mounted mixed flow extractor fan designed to produce higher working pressures for applications that require high air flows, with low relative noise. Can be mounted in a variety of applications and are suitable for use with either rigid or flexible ducting (100mm diameter)
- High quality ball bearing, long life motors, continuously rated and warranted for a minimum of 30,000 hours or 3 years. 3 speed settings selected via internal dip switch
- Performance (on maximum speed): Extract rate: 68 litres per second, 245 cubic metres per hour. Power consumption 25 watts. Sound output 25dB(A) @ 3m
- Easy installation and maintenance with the fan assembly easily removed from rigid ducting installations using the specially designed construction. Fully Building Code compliant. BEAB approved. CE Approved
- Class II - double Insulation - no earth required. Built in run on timer (see important information at product description below regarding connection requirements)

Details: Product Description Designed to be operated in conjunction with the room light. When the light is switched on the fan starts, when the light is switched off the fan continues to run for the pre-set time (which is adjustable). IMPORTANT: Requires a permanent live, switched live and neutral connection (3 wires excluding earth) at the fan position in order for the timer functionality to operate correctly. Bought to replace original fan which was not man enough. This fan is quieter than the original fan despite being 3 times more powerfull. All connections have been made in the loft where it is sited, does not stop condensation 100% But is good enough for my good lady and I. Feedback only supplied late as I wanted to check how efficient it is in colder weather, result is it is near 100% with heating on low and shower on full.
This extractor fan is sooooo quiet!! I had to touch the extractor to feel the slight vibration because I couldn't hear it. Very easy to install too. It didn't come with cable ties to attach the tubes but I had some fortunately.
Very happy with this extractor fan. Very easy to fit and works well. I previously fitted one to our upstairs shower room and was so pleased with it and ease of fitting that I bought this one to use in our downstairs shower room.

Great Product, a bit more expensive than some but worth it. I've fitted loads of these. Chris - Electrician. Trade tip - mount it on some foam pipe lagging, stops vibration causing rumbling noise.
