The Mares SIRIUS HUNTER is a durable freediving computer designed specifically for underwater hunting, spearfishing and apnoea training. It combines a robust build, a clear display, simple two-button operation and advanced freediving functions.

The SIRIUS HUNTER has been developed with a focus on reliability and ease of use, even in challenging conditions. Its reinforced construction and large buttons ensure comfortable use even when wearing gloves.

The large 1.3" (33 mm) display with Gorilla Glass offers excellent readability whilst providing high resistance to scratches and mechanical damage.

Freediving functions for effective training

The SIRIUS HUNTER offers functions designed for systematic freediving training. Practical depth-based sequential alarms allow you to set alerts at different depths and can assist with practising advanced equalisation techniques.

For pool training, a stopwatch, countdown timer, lap counter and silent mode are available. After a dive, the recorded data can be analysed to track performance progress.

Detailed logbook and Bluetooth

The computer records up to 200 hours of dive profiles at a sampling rate of 0.5 seconds. Using Bluetooth, data can be transferred to a smartphone and viewed in the Mares/SSI app, showing a detailed dive history including graphical analysis.

Bluetooth also allows you to update the computer's firmware.

Long-life battery

The Mares SIRIUS HUNTER uses a user-replaceable CR2450 battery. It provides approximately 200-300 hours of diving time, so there is no need to worry about frequent recharging.

The SIRIUS HUNTER as an everyday watch

In addition to its freediving functions, the SIRIUS HUNTER can also be used as a standard watch. It displays the time and date, features an alarm, and offers other basic functions for everyday use.
