Manufacturer's Description

Scotch Tape 2831 is a chamois colored creped paper masking tape for general use applications in the automotive refinishing market. Scotch Tape 2831 is suitable for most air dry painting applications, bundling and packaging uses where no temperature performance is required. Prevents paint bleed through, sticks easily, resists lifting, good paint line.
Satisfactory performance and clean removal of Scotch Tape 2831 will be achieved at varying temperatures/time exposure on many substrates. Tests should be conducted to establish Scotch Tape 2831 performance parameters in your process conditions. The optimum level for product performance and easy removal is at room temperature. Store in clean dry place. Temperature of 21 C and 50 percent relative humidity are recommended.
