Alternatively, our wooden bamboo chopping board can be used as a serving tray or food presentation board. To clean gently remove any leftover food with a plastic scraper and avoid using metal scrubbing brushes. To remove stubborn stains use half of a lemon as a sponge with a salt scrub. Hand wash only with hot soapy after, rinse with water and dry immediately. Place the chopping board upright and allow it to air dry before storing away. Please note: this chopping board is not dishwasher safe.

To restore and enhance the appearance of your wooden chopping board we recommend treating it once a month with a food-grade mineral oil to hydrate and seal the wood and prevent cracking or drying.
