  • 12 BIT: The MCP4728 has four 12 bit Dacs in a small package to meet any of your voltage setup needs. In addition, the DAC Settings can be stored in the internal EEPROM. Once saved to internal non volatile memory, the Settings will load by default when the DAC is powered on, all via I2C
  • OPERATING VOLTAGE: Going one step further, the MCP4728 allow you to choose between two reference voltage sources: the input voltage used to power on the VCC pin, or the internal 2.048V reference voltage. If you use an internal reference voltage (Vref in DAC), you can choose 1X or 2X output gain, resulting in a voltage range of 0V to 2.048 or 0V to 4.096V depending on your application requirement
  • FLEXIBLE AND ADJUSTABLE: By default, you will use the input voltage as the Vref, allowing you to adjust the voltage depending on the input voltage in the range of 0V‑3.3V or 5V. Alternatively, use 2.048V Vref for about 3.3V usage and 4.096Vref for about 5V usage
  • TECHNICAL PARAMETERS: Quad digital to analog converter board has 6 us(typical value) fast stability time, 2.7V to 5.5V single power operation, default I2C address 0x60, with 2 pins
