X is a homeopathic dilution. Inactive Ingredients: Citric acid, lactose, organic lemon flavor with other natural flavors, magnesium stearate, organic stevia. 

For max absorption, dissolve under tongue. Can be chewed and swallowed.

Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours.

Children 4 to 11 years: 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours.
