Phytosterols are natural components of plants, including vegetables and grains. Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated that plant phytosterols can help to support healthy levels of both good and bad fats in the blood. The three main phytosterols in phytosterol complex are beta-sitosterol, campesterol, and stigmasterol. They are derived entirely from plant sources.

Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, silica, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.

Contains soy.

Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.

1 tablet 3 times daily, just before or with any meal containing fat.
