APPLICATIONS:Numerous uses, Wine Making, Home and Vintners, Mead, Hard Cider, Spirits, or Smoothies. Great as a stand-alone drink, or add to your favorite beverage. When ready to use, thaw slightly (overnight), use what you need and return remaining concentrate to a freezer until ready to use again. Freezer self-life up to 24 months, opened or un-opened. Contains less than 100 ppm of SO2 FOOD PRODUCTION:Our concentrates can be used in Jelly production, bakeries, and more. Many use WHITE GRAPE CONCENTRATE as a sweetener for 'No-sugar' Jam or Jelly.
