MEXICAN RANCH RUB Description
Mexican Ranch Rub 500G
Mexican Sticky Ribs
2 tables Spoons of Honey
1 -2 Table spoon of Mexican Ranch Rub.
3 table spoon of Sesame Seeds
Ribs for Four
3 tablespoons of Cider vinegar
1 table spoon Cooking oil
Place all ingredients including ribs in to a sealed container and shake until mixed evenly
across the ribs.
Leave for a number of hours the longer the better.
Place ribs and marinade in a covered casserole dish in a hot oven on Gas mark 8 or the equivalent for 10 minutes or until cooked
Remove the lid and cook for a further ten minutes until the ribs appear slightly blackened sticky and crispy.
I recommend Home made Slaw and Lemon Pepper Rice
