Key benefits Precise 0-25 mm measurement with direct zero alignment for fast, reliable readings. Simple zero correction to align the 0bit line with the baseline, ensuring accurate measurements over time. Perpendicular measuring technique with gentle contact and an audible confirmation (click) for consistent results. Builtin locking device to hold readings during checks and repeatable measurements. Bar gauge reference helps target nearzero and supports quick setup for everyday use. Product usage and setup Step 1: Clean the measuring surface before use and correct the zero position. For 0-25 mm direct alignment zero, position the bar gauge about 25 mm above the surface to aim at the quasizero reference. Step 2: Zero correction method. If the 0bit line is not aligned with the baseline, first slightly loosen the screws with a screwdriver, then use a wrench to adjust the baseline position until the baseline aligns with the 0 bit line, and tighten the screws. (Refer to instruction picture 2.) Step 3: During measurement, keep the micrometer perpendicular to the work piece. Apply a gentle rotation of the measuring device; the measuring surface should contact the work piece smoothly. When you hear a slight 'click, click' sound, that is the measured size. Step 4: Locking device operation. To hold a reading, move the lock to the left to engage; move to the right to release. This enables passive measurement and stable readings. (Refer to instruction figure 3.) Key specifications and features Measuring range: 0-25 mm with direct alignment zero reference. Zero reference method: bar gauge positioned about 25 mm above to target quasizero; zero is adjustable via baseline alignment. Alignment and contact: micrometer must be perpendicular to the work piece; contact should be smooth with an audible click indicating the size. Locking mechanism: left to lock, right to release, enabling stable, repeatable measurements. Use scenarios Precision assembly in a machine: set spacers and shims with quick zeroing and reliable readings, then lock in place for repetitive checks during assembly. Quality control in manufacturing: verify small component features such as housings, shafts, or mounts within tight tolerances by ensuring accurate zero reference and a stable reading. Hobbyist metalworking and DIY projects: measure thickness or small dimensions of parts, calibrate setups quickly, and reuse measurements with the locking feature for consistency.
