Summary

  • This is a small MEMS microphone module with a range of about 50Hz‑15KHz, which can be used for almost all conventional audio recording and detection.
  • In addition to the three analog pins, there are three digital pins: clock, data and left and right (word selection) clock.
  • When connected to a microcontroller/computer, the I2S master device will drive the clock and word selection pins at a higher frequency, and read data from the microphone without analog conversion.
  • MEMS microphone can detect sound and convert it to voltage without analog conversion.
  • The left and right channels can be selected by connecting the Select pin to power or ground.
