Miracle-Gro Shady Lawn Seed 420gm | Grass for Low Light Areas

Miracle-Gro Shady Lawn Seed 420gm | Grass for Low Light Areas Description

Eliminate bare patches and thin grass with Miracle-Gro® Shady Lawn Seed (840g). Almost every garden has "problem areas" shaded by fences, walls, or overhanging trees where standard grass struggles to survive. This specialist mix is the definitive solution, containing a unique blend of shade-tolerant seeds that allow your lawn to thrive in low-light conditions while maintaining a beautiful, uniform look across the entire garden.

Whether you are starting a new lawn from scratch or over-seeding an existing one to improve density, this 840g pack provides the reliability of the Miracle-Gro brand. For the best results, apply between March and early October once the risk of frost has passed.

Simple 3-Step Success:

1. Prepare: Rake the area to remove weeds and stones. If over-seeding, mow the existing grass short first.

2. Sow: Shake the box to mix the seeds. Use the built-in sprinkler to apply 30g/m² for new lawns or 25g/m² for over-seeding in a criss-cross pattern.

3. Nurture: Lightly rake the seeds into the soil and keep the area moist with a fine spray until the grass is well-established.

Keep your lawn looking its best year-round by feeding it with Miracle-Gro® Healthy Lawn 12 weeks after the new seeds have sprouted.
