Water, konjac flour, citric acid. 

Step 1: Prep

Open bag. Drain any residual water. Rinse briefly. Rice is now ready. 

Step 2: Microwave or stovetop 

• Microwave in a bowl for 60 seconds to heat. 
• For best results, add to a heated pan to dry then heat in recipe for 5 minutes.
