- The MSP430G2553 MCU has the most memory available of the compatible Value Line devices. The MSP430G2553 16-bit MCU has 16KB of flash, 512 bytes of RAM, up to 16-MHz CPU speed, a 10-bit ADC, capacitive-touch enabled l/Os, universal serial communication interface, and more - plenty to get you started in your development.
