Note:

1. Only supports 2G calls of 2G3G4G mobile phones, supports 2G3G Internet access in some areas, and does not support 4G Internet access. Installation encountered problems and solved

1. How to deal with the effect of Bay Village after installation

A. First confirm that there is a mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna end and reach (-50dbm) or more. The signal indicates whether the scale is full.

B, then determine the amplifier, antenna and other related accessories are selected correctly.

C. Confirm that all lines, distributors, antennas, and amplifiers are linked correctly.

2. after installation, the signal is changed, but can not be played

A. Confirm that the outdoor antenna is aligned with the base station.

B. Confirm that the communication distance between the outdoor antenna and the base station is within 5 km.

C. Confirm that the line of the outdoor antenna and amplifier does not exceed 40 meters, and it is more suitable to not exceed 20 meters, and is not less than 10.

D. If it is still not solved, replace the amplifier with a larger power or ask the professional to check the processing.

3. The call quality is not good

A. Change the installation position and direction of the outdoor squall line.

B. Change the direction of the outdoor antenna to the amplified bone signal transmission line (take the most straight line, do not turn too much, do not turn 90 degrees right angle)

C. Confirm whether the outdoor antenna to the amplifying dwarf line uses 50/70 ohm-50 or more coaxial cable.

D. Confirm whether the distance between the outdoor antenna and the indoor antenna is too close (so-self will be self-excited). The distance between the outdoor antenna and the indoor antenna is more than 20 meters. It is best to have objects such as wall and floors.

The distance is opened to prevent the signal emitted by the indoor amplifier from being received by the indoor antenna to form a cyclic amplification (self-excitation).

4. the signal is improved after installation, but the coverage value is not large

A. Confirm the outdoor antenna signal strength.

B. Make sure that the length of the outdoor antenna to the amplifier line is not more than 30 meters. The line connector is correct and the distributor is not connected too much.

G. Select a mobile phone signal amplifier with higher power.

5. causing interference to the communication base station

A. The reason is that the uplink power of the amplifier is too large, or it is too close to the base station.
