Mungbean Noodle Description

Mungbean starch, pea starch.
Cooking methods : Put the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes or until tender . Rinse with cold water, drain, and put aside.
Stir-fry: Add the noodles directly to cooked shredded chicken or pork, and stir fry . Serve immediately.
Soup: Add tofu, meat, shrimp, and other vegetables in boiling water. Add the noodles and seasoning, continue boiling for 3 minutes, then serve immediately.
Fry: Noodles can be fried directly, or chopped and used as a substitute for flour in frying.
Salad: Add noodles, vegetables, protein, and salad dressing in a bowl. Add in 2-3 drops of sesame oil, stir and mix well, and serve.
