Recommended Daily Dose:

• Adults and children over 12 years: First 7 days - 1 capsule 2 times daily; after 7 days - 2 capsules 2 times daily (for at least 15 days)
• Children aged 6 to 12 years: First 7 days - 1 capsule daily; after 7 days - 1 capsule 2 times daily (for at least 15 days)
• Children aged 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule daily, for at least 22 days

Duration of Intake: For optimal effect, it is recommended to take the supplement for at least 22 days. The Narum Detox intake cycle can be repeated every 3 months.

Method of Application: The Narum Detox capsules should be taken 15 to 20 minutes before meals with water. The capsule can be opened and its contents dissolved in water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to product ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking the supplement.

Storage Conditions:
