Three forms of Calcium are intended to provide maximum nutritive support for bone health. 500 mg of Magnesium is the widely popular 2:1 ratio for Calcium to Magnesium. Vitamin D is added for more efficient Calcium utilization. Zinc and copper are added to help ensure adequate absorption of the essential minerals.

Gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, acacia and cellulose.

Use only as directed. Take four (4) capsules daily with food. Some people may prefer, for optimal benefit, to take two (2) capsules in the morning and two (2) capsules in the evening with a meal.
