There's no electricity involved in this pool vacuum. Instead it uses natural water pressure to suck the debris from your pool. Connect a normal hose pipe to the attachment nozzle (helpfully coloured orange), and water is pushed towards the filter bag. This creates a vacuum effect that sucks nearby pool contaminants into the filter bag through a hole on the bottom of the pool brush, where they're trapped. The water coming from your garden hose flows safely into your pool for a no-mess solution. Just don't turn it on before you place it in your pool - unless you want to get splashed that is!

Because this pool vacuum works under water, there's no need to spend all that time draining your pool. In fact it helps if there's water inside! But if your pool's filled with water, how do you keep the Newsky Swimming Pool Vacuum moving? Is it time to don armbands and grab a pool noodle? Of course not, that's what the pole is for. It screws into the hole at the top of the pool brush. It's made of four parts that screw together rather than one single long pole, which makes it easier to store. 

If the bottom of your swimming pool is caked with dirt it might be difficult to shift. That's why the bottom of this pool cleaner is covered in thick black bristles that catch any silt or hard packed dirt at the bottom of your pool and push it towards the vacuum hole in the centre.
